Donna Bayley
Director/Teacher
Donna has been a professional dance teacher and choreographer for more than 20 years. She graduated from the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Professional Programme, dancing three seasons with the RWB Professional Programme Concert Hour Ballet. Donna is the driving force behind Dance Steps productions, directing and producing them. Donna is a fully registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance.
Krista Conti
Teacher
Krista has been actively involved with Dance Steps since 1989, when it first opened. She has choreographed for all Dance Steps productions including The Nutcracker and entered numerous dances in competitions. She is a fully registered member of The Royal Academy of Dance as well as a member with the CDTA and Associate Member with the BATD.
Lindsay McGhie
Teacher
Lindsay has been dancing at Dance Steps since the age of 4. She is trained in Royal Academy of Dance ballet technique, competing her Advanced II exam with a mark of distinction. This is Lindsay's 5th year teaching at Dance Steps.
Victoria Boomer
Teacher
Victoria began dancing at the age of two, and hasn’t stopped since. She is a member of the Royal Academy of Dance and has completed her RAD examinations up to the Advanced I level. Her choreography has won overall awards and top marks at competitions. Victoria is thrilled to be teaching again at Dance Steps and can’t wait to share her passion and energy with her students.
Josh Carroll
Teacher
Josh is a former student of Dance Steps and credits his strong foundation and successful career in dance to the training that Dance Steps provided. Experience in Film, Television, Cruise Ships and Stage has given Josh a lot to pull from in creating his personal brand of Hip Hop and Break Dance and he loves sharing his experiences with others.
Joanne Glowinsky
Teacher
Joanne has been dancing since the age of 3. At 8, she joined the competitive team at All That Dance Studios in Toronto and studied tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, acro, lyrical, and musical theatre. She has choreographed for school dance/fashion shows as well as for McGill University dance pack. Joanne is a Psychology and Sociology major at UWO. Joanne enjoys working with young kids and is honoured to be teaching tap and jazz at Dance Steps!
Hannah Goldberg
Teacher
Hannah has been teaching at Dance Steps since 2008. She is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, and pointe and is excited to be teaching again at Dance Steps this year!
Megan Gregor
Megan has been dancing at Dance Steps for over 10 years, training in ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical and musical theatre. She is currently in her third year at the University of Western Ontario studying Health Sciences, where she is also involved in dance. Megan is so excited to be a part of the dance steps team this year!
Nicole Hugel
Teacher
Nicole Hugel started dancing at Dance Steps at the age of 9. She is an Associated Member of the BATD in stage. Nicole trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical and hip hop dance. This is Nicole's 9th year teaching for Dance Steps.
Wendy Laskey
Teacher
Wendy has been dancing at Dance Steps since the age of 6. She is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, and modern. Wendy is currently attending UWO to study Kinesiology. This is Wendy’s second year teaching at Dance Steps.
Jessica McCallum
Teacher
Jessica has been dancing at Dance Steps for over 10 years. This will be her 9th year teaching at the studio. She has completed her RAD Advance 2 ballet exam with distinction in addition to training in various other forms of dance. She has attended the National Ballet School of Canada for the full year program as well as other professional ballet summer programs. Currently she is working as a physiotherapist at AIM Health Group when she is not teaching.
Andria Prada
Teacher
Andria Prada has been trained in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, and Lyrical. Specializing in Ballet, Andria has recently completed her RAD Advanced II ballet exam. She has taught children dance for about 4 years, and is excited to be teaching adult ballet classes at Dance Steps!

Jennifer Yu

Jennifer has been dancing since the age of 5, training and competing in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, lyrical, and hip-hop. She graduated from Mayfield Secondary School's Regional Arts Program as a Dance major. She is now in her fourth year in the Nutrition and Dietetics program at UWO where she has continued to dance on the UWO Dance Force. Jennifer is honoured and excited to be teaching at Dance Steps for a second year
Herb Bayley
Staff
Herb has worked in all areas of the arts as an administrator and artist. He is best known in London as one of the creators of Sunfest. Currently he is the artistic director of Burst: Outward Sound & Vision Festival
